چکیده مقاله:

This study evaluates the structural behavior of a three-span continuous reinforced concrete bridge, specifically focusing on a ۴۰-cm thick deck slab subjected to combined vertical loading, integrating both uniform distributed loads and concentrated point loads. Employing advanced finite element analysis, the research investigates the interaction between these superimposed loads and their subsequent impact on the structural response. Key performance indicators, including von Mises stress distribution and vertical displacement (U۲), were rigorously analyzed to assess the adequacy of the slab’s flexural stiffness. The findings indicate that the combined loading regime induces complex stress concentrations, particularly at the intermediate pier supports, which are critical for ensuring the structural continuity of the deck. The results demonstrate that the ۴۰-cm slab effectively maintains serviceability under these demanding conditions, with the continuous system playing a vital role in redistributing internal moments and minimizing mid-span deflections. This work provides significant insights into the design optimization of continuous bridge decks under realistic, multi-modal traffic loading scenarios, confirming that the specified configuration meets structural safety requirements.
