چکیده مقاله:

This study presents a behavioral assessment of a three-span continuous reinforced concrete bridge featuring a ۴۰-cm thick deck slab, specifically evaluated under vertical distributed loading conditions. Given the structural importance of uniform load distribution in multi-span configurations, the research employs finite element analysis to quantify the structural response in terms of stress distribution and vertical displacement. The findings highlight the performance of the bridge under surface-distributed traffic loads, illustrating the significant influence of intermediate pier supports on the structural integrity and load-sharing capacity of the deck. Detailed analysis of the resulting stress contours and deflection profiles provides critical insights into the structural efficiency of the ۴۰-cm deck system. The results demonstrate that the chosen configuration maintains serviceability standards, effectively managing distributed stress concentrations while controlling global deflections. This study contributes to the understanding of continuous span bridge behavior under uniform loading, offering valuable data for the optimization of slab-on-girder or solid slab designs in similar infrastructure projects.
