چکیده مقاله:

This study investigates the structural behavior of a two-span continuous concrete bridge subjected to vertical distributed loading, focusing on a deck system with a ۳۰ cm slab. A finite element model was developed to evaluate the response of the bridge under uniformly applied loads, emphasizing the effects of continuity over the intermediate support on stress redistribution and vertical deformation. The results demonstrate that the distributed loading generates a smooth and uniform stress pattern across both spans, while the continuous configuration significantly enhances global stiffness and reduces mid span deflections. The ۳۰ cm deck slab effectively contributes to load sharing between spans, resulting in improved serviceability performance. These findings provide valuable insights for the design and optimization of short to medium span continuous concrete bridges under uniformly distributed traffic loading.
