چکیده مقاله:
The global landscape of international cooperation in education stands at a historical crossroads. Over the past decades, frameworks such as Education for All and the Sustainable Development Goal ۴ (SDG ۴) fostered a collective vision for inclusive and equitable quality education worldwide. Yet, the very architecture of this cooperation has become fragile. Geopolitical tensions, reduced budgets, and declining trust in multilateral institutions have undermined the solidarity that once defined global educational collaboration. At the same time, new alliances ranging from South–South partnerships to digital learning networks and post-pandemic recovery programs are reshaping the terrain of cooperation. This paper argues that to rebuild the future of educational cooperation, the world must look beyond the traditional multilateral system toward plural, trust-based, and context-sensitive models. By analyzing specific examples and synthesizing insights across contexts, this think piece seeks to illuminate how fragmented but innovative practices can help reimagine a more inclusive, resilient, and equitable global learning system.
