چکیده مقاله:
Industrial projects are increasingly challenged to balance productivity with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements amid growing technological complexity and environmental pressures. Traditional approaches to project management often overlook long-term ecological risks. This study aims to develop a comprehensive methodology for HSE risk management by integrating the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) with intelligent risk assessment systems and sustainability indicators. A Systematic Literature Review was conducted according to PRISMA guidelines. Following rigorous screening, twelve high-quality studies, evaluated using the AMSTAR-۲ tool, were selected for thematic synthesis. The results demonstrate that integrating HSE considerations into the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) significantly reduces human errors and prevents environmental incidents. Furthermore, transitioning from reactive risk management to intelligent monitoring via Industry ۴.۰ technologies—such as Digital Twins and IoT—alongside Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) indicators, constitutes a strategic necessity for organizational resilience. In conclusion, this study establishes a structured framework that shifts project management from a purely execution-focused process to a resilient and sustainable system, providing a data-driven roadmap for managing technical and biological risks.
