چکیده مقاله:

Digital transformation has significantly reshaped traditional quality management practices in manufacturing industries. Digital Quality Management (DQM) has emerged as a modern approach that enables the integration of process data, performance indicators, and managerial decision making. Despite technological advances, a gap still exists between data collection and effective quality related decision making, which reduces the effectiveness of quality improvement processes. The purpose of this study is to present a conceptual framework and a decision making model for digital quality management in data driven manufacturing environments that can simultaneously improve quality and productivity. The research adopts a conceptual–analytical approach based on literature review. The home appliance industry is considered as the industrial context for illustration. The findings indicate that digital quality management becomes effective when data, analytics, and managerial decisions are integrated into a continuous and structured cycle. Finally, managerial implications and directions for future research are presented.
