چکیده مقاله:

Objectives: This study aims to identify and synthesize evidence-based strategic interventions—specifically ergonomic and psychological approaches—that hospital management can implement to mitigate occupational burnout among healthcare workers. Methods: A systemic literature review was conducted following PRISMA guidelines. We searched PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar for peer-reviewed articles published between ۲۰۱۸ and ۲۰۲۵. The sample included studies focusing on clinical staff in hospital settings. Key variables extracted included burnout dimensions (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization), ergonomic workplace adjustments, and psychological resilience programs. Study designs included randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and quasi-experimental studies. Results: Analysis of ۱۸ selected studies indicates that multimodal interventions (combining ergonomic physical support with cognitive-behavioral strategies) significantly reduce emotional exhaustion (p < ۰.۰۵). Physical workplace optimization, such as improved lighting and workstation ergonomics, showed a moderate effect size (OR = ۱.۴۵, ۹۵% CI: ۱.۱۲–۱.۸۸) in reducing physical fatigue, while mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) programs significantly improved personal accomplishment scores (p = ۰.۰۰۲). Conclusion: Hospital leadership can effectively combat burnout by integrating ergonomic improvements with psychological support systems. A dual-track strategic approach is recommended to ensure both physical safety and mental well-being for healthcare providers, ultimately enhancing patient care quality.
