چکیده مقاله:

The integration of the Internet of Things (IoT) into healthcare systems has ushered in an era of unprecedented data availability. However, the complexity of these systems increases the propensity for human error, which remains a leading cause of clinical adverse events. Traditional risk assessment methodologies, such as FMEA, are inherently static and fail to account for the stochastic nature of human behavior and environmental variables. This paper provides a rigorous review of Dynamic Risk Assessment (DRA) models. We specifically focus on the fusion of IoT-driven real-time telemetry with Fuzzy Logic to quantify uncertainty. By analyzing the evolution from classical reliability theory to modern neuro-fuzzy systems, this review identifies how human error can be preemptively mitigated through intelligent risk modeling.
