چکیده مقاله:
This study introduces an innovative analytical framework for evaluating the chemical stability of temperature-sensitive herbal medicines, with a specific focus on the impact of cold chain logistics. Using curcumin as a representative case study, the research integrates advanced computational analytics with rigorous analytical chemistry to establish a proactive system for monitoring molecular degradation and informing supply chain management. By analysing customer feedback from pharmaceutical e-commerce platforms with high precision, the method demonstrates particular sensitivity to the critical logistics dimension of packaging integrity. The curcumin case study precisely characterizes its thermal degradation pathway under suboptimal logistics conditions, detailing the breakdown of its essential beta-diketone pharmacophore. This fundamental relationship is further corroborated by spectroscopic analysis; Fourier-Transform InfraRed (FT-IR) spectroscopy confirms functional group alterations, while X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) provides crystallographic evidence of structural compromise. The synthesis of this data enables a novel predictive quality monitoring and management system. This study, demonstrated through the curcumin case, establishes that consumer narratives can function as a scalable and economically viable proxy for the continuous surveillance of phytopharmaceutical integrity. The correlation between negative packaging sentiment scores and analytically measured increases in curcumin degradation was statistically validated (Pearson's r = -۰.۸۶, p < ۰.۰۱), establishing a quantitative relationship between customer feedback and chemical stability. This framework transforms unstructured consumer narratives into a scalable, economically viable proxy for continuous phytopharmaceutical integrity surveillance, though its predictive capability requires further validation through controlled batch-level studies. The resulting paradigm equips pharmaceutical management with a powerful, data-driven strategy to safeguard therapeutic efficacy, optimize supply chain resilience, and ultimately ensure patient safety.
