چکیده مقاله:
Mental health challenges, including stress, anxiety, and depression, are rising globally, highlighting the urgent need for accessible and scalable digital interventions. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness programs focus on enhancing psychological flexibility and self-compassion. However, evidence on the effectiveness of fully digital interventions in fostering these outcomes remains limited. This narrative review synthesizes current findings, showing that digital ACT strengthens core psychological flexibility processes, while mindfulness-based programs enhance self-compassion and reduce stress. Combining these approaches may offer synergistic benefits. Key challenges include user engagement, personalization, and sustaining effects over time. Overall, digital ACT and mindfulness interventions provide practical, flexible, and scalable strategies to support psychological resilience, emphasizing the need for future research to refine their design, delivery, and long-term impact.
