چکیده مقاله:

Artificial Intelligence (AI) revolutionized programming education by introducing transformative tools that enhanced learning efficiency and adaptability. Generative AI systems, such as ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot, gained immense popularity for their ability to handle complex programming tasks. These advancements fostered dynamic, personalized learning experiences tailored to individual needs, marking a significant shift in educational approaches.AI-driven code generators represented a key innovation in programming education, offering tailored assistance, reducing cognitive load, and providing immediate feedback. These tools enhanced accessibility for novice programmers by streamlining learning and minimizing errors, thereby increasing confidence and fostering creativity. However, their integration into educational contexts presented notable challenges that warranted further investigation.A primary concern was the potential over-reliance on AI tools, which could hinder learners' understanding of fundamental programming concepts. Dependence on such technologies risked diminishing critical problem-solving skills and understanding of code mechanics. Balancing the use of AI tools with the development of essential programming abilities was, therefore, critical. This analysis evaluated the dual impact of AI-driven code generators in programming education. While these tools accelerated learning, reduced errors, and built learner confidence, they also concealed coding inaccuracies and encouraged superficial comprehension. Consequently, their incorporation required careful oversight to ensure educational integrity. In conclusion, AI code generators hold immense potential to enhance programming education by fostering creativity and facilitating efficient learning. However, achieving a balance between leveraging AI tools and maintaining foundational skills was essential to their effective and sustainable integration into curricula.
