چکیده مقاله:
Background and Purpose: In the digital transformation era, sustainable competitive advantages have been replaced by transient competitive advantages due to the rapid pace of technological change and the emergence of erosive competition. The purpose of this research is to design a dynamic transient competitive advantage model in the open innovation ecosystem (DP-TCAM) as a novel framework for analyzing the business scenarios of technology companies in unstable markets.Method: This research is applied-developmental in terms of objective and mixed-method (qualitative-quantitative) in nature, employing a meta-synthesis and system design approach. Through a systematic search in reputable domestic and international databases, ۵۶ relevant sources were identified. After quality assessment using the CASP tool, ۳۸ sources—including ۲۵ foreign and ۱۳ domestic—were included in the analysis phase. Two foundational studies, Fernandes et al. (۲۰۲۳) and Salgado et al. (۲۰۲۲), served as the core of the synthesis. The analysis was conducted using thematic analysis and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP).Findings: The dynamic transient competitive advantage model in the open innovation ecosystem comprises six main dimensions: continuous reconfiguration, agile resource allocation, adaptive leadership, open innovation capability, healthy divestment, and dynamic competitive intelligence, along with ۱۸ operational sub-indicators. The model's scenario matrix includes four combined scenarios, and its operational pattern consists of four stages: diagnosis, analysis, action, and learning. Conclusion: The dynamic transient competitive advantage model in the open innovation ecosystem, by integrating the concepts of transient competitive advantage and open innovation, narrows the gap between theory and practice in the strategic management of technology companies. This model can serve as an analytical tool for incubators, business accelerators, and knowledge-based firms. Keywords: Transient Competitive Advantage, Open Innovation, Business Scenario, Technology Companies, Innovation Ecosystem.
