چکیده مقاله:
Objective: Human resource productivity is recognized as one of the most critical determinants of organizational success in today’s competitive environment. The increasing complexity of the business environment, rapid technological advancements, and changing employee expectations have made the identification of factors affecting human resource productivity a major concern for managers. Accordingly, the present study aims to develop a dynamic model of the factors influencing human resource productivity and to analyze the cause-and-effect relationships among these factors using the Fuzzy DEMATEL technique.MethodologyThis study is applied in terms of its objective and descriptive–analytical in terms of its research methodology. Initially, the factors affecting human resource productivity were identified through a comprehensive review of the literature and interviews with domain experts. Subsequently, the Fuzzy DEMATEL technique was employed to determine the causal relationships and the degree of influence among the identified factors. This approach enabled the identification of both influential and influenced factors, thereby providing a systematic framework for analyzing the dynamic interactions among the determinants of human resource productivity.FindingsThe findings revealed that organizational leadership, employee motivation, training and human resource development, and organizational culture exert the greatest influence on the other factors affecting human resource productivity. In contrast, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and individual performance were found to be the most influenced variables, indicating that they are largely affected by changes in other organizational factors.Scientific ContributionThis study contributes to the existing body of knowledge by developing a dynamic model of the relationships among the factors affecting human resource productivity. The proposed model provides a practical decision-support framework for human resource managers to identify key drivers of productivity and prioritize improvement strategies, thereby enhancing organizational performance and managerial decision-making.
