چکیده مقاله:

This paper proposes a new solution to find the optimal location of PMUS, which can ensure the full system observability in all operation configurations of distribution network. This paper deals with optimal detection of number and best locations of PMUS in a reconfigured distribution. The proposed model uses binary string, representing the installation mode of PMUS (Yes or No) in each bus of the network. In this paper the binary version of shuffled frog-leaping algorithm (BSFLA) because of having ability to improve the search capability with a fast convergence rate is utilized for optimization process. To justify the methodology of solution, the simulations on IEEE RBTS-۲ bus and ۳۳ buses distribution systems are presented for experiment. The results of this study show that the proposed solution is effective and feasible.
