Application of Total Quality Management for Knowledge Management Systems in Educational Organizations

The goal of the research is "Application of (TQM) for knowledge management systems in educational organizations". in this research, Philosophies, concepts, and famous practical models of (TQM) are studied. Index and standard of knowledge quality analyzed and integrated the concept of analytical total quality management and Delphi techniques are applied. The results confirm the importance and possibility of quality knowledge improvement in educational organizations by applying total quality management to knowledge management system. These results also confirm the relevance behind the management of both the technical and human aspects in knowledge quality processes, and potential of (TQM) and knowledge management to generate competitive advantages.
