چکیده مقاله:
A prediction of the sound transmission loss of a cylindrical structure whose walls sandwich alayer of porous material is presented within the framework of the Classic theory for FGM shells.The infinite shells composed of metal and ceramic with power-law distribution of volume fractionthrough the thickness. In this work, porous materials are treated as elastic models. Through consideringthe effective wave component, the porous layer is modelled as a fluid with equivalent properties.Transmission Loss through the multi layered structure is obtained analytically in a broadband frequency by using the approximate method and then, the results are compared.
