چکیده مقاله:

Artificial intelligence has become an important tool for improving organizational learning and human resource training. This study investigated the factors influencing the application of artificial intelligence in human resource training among employees of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz. The study used a quantitative, cross-sectional design and collected data from University employees through a structured questionnaire comprising items. The proposed model was evaluated using partial least squares structural equation modeling in SmartPLS. The findings confirmed the reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity of the measurement model. The structural model results indicated that technological self-efficacy had significant positive effects on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use significantly influenced attitude toward use and perceived usefulness, while attitude toward use, perceived usefulness, and trust in artificial intelligence positively affected behavioral intention to use AI. Behavioral intention to use also had a significant positive effect on the perceived application of artificial intelligence in human resource training. However, the direct relationship between organizational support and behavioral intention to use was not statistically significant. The model explained % of the variance in perceived usefulness, ۱,۱% in behavioral intention to use, and ۱,% in the perceived application of artificial intelligence in human resource training. These findings highlight the importance of individual technological competence, perceived benefits, positive attitudes, and trust in promoting AI adoption in university training environments.
