چکیده مقاله:

The rapid growth of digital commerce has encouraged many chain stores to expand their presence through online sales platforms. However, launching effective online sales sites requires more than simply creating a website; it demands a well-designed platform architecture that supports scalability, integration, and seamless customer experience. This study explores the application of modern platform design methods in the development and launch of online sales sites for chain retail stores. The research examines how platform-based design can connect multiple stakeholders, including customers, store branches, suppliers, and service providers, within a unified digital ecosystem. By utilizing standardized interfaces, modular architecture, and cloud-based infrastructure, chain stores can efficiently manage products, orders, inventory, and customer interactions across multiple locations. Furthermore, the paper analyzes how platform design principles such as openness, interoperability, and boundary resources facilitate third-party integrations and enable continuous service innovation. The study also discusses the role of data analytics and digital payment systems in enhancing operational efficiency and improving customer engagement. The findings suggest that adopting a platform-oriented approach significantly improves the scalability, flexibility, and sustainability of online retail operations. Ultimately, the proposed framework provides practical guidance for retail chains seeking to successfully launch and manage online sales sites in increasingly competitive digital markets.
