چکیده مقاله:

The aim of this article is to examine and explain the key role of international organizations, especially the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank, in the process of setting and guiding national fiscal policies. This research, with a descriptive-analytical approach and relying on library studies, elucidates the mechanisms, tools, and influence of these institutions on countries' approaches to financial management, macroeconomic stability, and long-term development objectives. The findings show that the IMF, through supervision, conditional loan grants, and technical assistance, affects countries' monetary, fiscal, and exchange policies, while the World Bank, focusing on sustainable development and poverty reduction, assists member countries in structural and fiscal reforms through project financing and policy advice. The collaboration of these two organizations provides a comprehensive framework for guiding global fiscal policies.
