چکیده مقاله:

The transition from conventional passive distribution networks to active distribution systems has introduced significant operational challenges due to the increasing penetration of renewable energy sources and distributed generation. These resources introduce uncertainty and variability that may negatively affect system reliability and operational performance. Energy Storage Systems (ESSs) have emerged as an effective solution to enhance operational flexibility, mitigate renewable intermittency, and improve overall system performance This paper proposes a multi-objective planning framework for optimal deployment of energy storage systems in active distribution networks. The proposed model simultaneously minimizes network power losses and energy not supplied (ENS) while maximizing the resilience index of the system under contingency conditions. Uncertainty in load demand and renewable generation is modeled using Monte Carlo simulation. The optimization problem is solved using the Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II (NSGA-II). The proposed approach is validated using the IEEE ۳۳-bus distribution test system. Simulation results demonstrate that optimal ESS deployment significantly reduces system losses and ENS while improving network resilience.
