This paper presents the design and implementation of a portable and low-cost cardiovascular measurement system, a monitoring system that integrates electrocardiography (ECG) and pulse oximeter (SpO۲).The system uses an AD۸۲۳۲ interface to capture the ECG signal and a MAX۳۰۱۰۲ sensor to measure photoplethysmogram (PPG) and oxygen saturation. Data processing is performed by an ESP۳۲-type microcontroller that sends the filtered signals to a custom Android application via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). The experimental results show high correlation with clinical observations, achieving an average error of less than ۲% for heart rate and ۱.۵% for SpO۲ level. The proposed system provides a scalable solution for remote patient monitoring and early detection of cardiac abnormalities in home care settings.
