چکیده مقاله:

One of the optimization problems in which some activities are subject to limited participation is the issue of allocating resources and thus determining the volume of activities. Each linear programming model that represents a real-world problem involves a large number of parameters whose values are assigned by experts. In any case, experts and decision makers often do not know the exact values of the parameters, and therefore, experts' knowledge of the parameters should be considered as fuzzy data. Of course, in the application of linear programming, there were other limitations. These restrictions have led to the development of other techniques. One of the problems with linear programming is that these models, to a large extent, simplify the facts and, as a result, limit the application of the planner's tastes and apply his methods to solve the problem. On this basis, there is a need for techniques for how to achieve multiple goals. Goal Programming (GP) is one of the most important ways to solve multi-objective linear programming models. Here, we intend to consider an idealized planning model with a level of ambiguous desire (fuzzy) or flexible fuzzy goals, and to study a solving method for the flexible fuzzy goal programming problems.
