چکیده مقاله:

Many investigations have been conducting to develop the hydraulic design of the approach channel, gate structure, and downstream gate improvement. Controlling of the gate structure improved the flow pattern through the spillway approach. Less air entrainment and better ventilation of the tunnel was provided by optimum opening gate control. The most important reasons for using the phases system and SVM-SVR method in this thesis is the exact standardization and Regression of blue mesa reservoir water dataset which has been provided from water information system. TOPSIS model has capability to present ideal outcome from standardization of related parameters such as Elevation, Content, Inflow, Outflow, High Temp, Low temp and gate opening value. Ideal and adequate of opening gate measurement have been resulted from different free flow for random years. Practical and suggestion ate equation also have been extracted. As well as, comparison actual and predicted values indicated high precision. It is recommended that the spillway gates should be operated symmetrically to topsis outcome to maintain good flow distribution throughout the gate structure and channel.
