The effect of human resources capabilities on competitiveness of knowledge based companies: explaining the role of transformational leadership

This research pays attention to checking the effect of human resources capabilities on competitiveness of knowledge-based companies with mediation of transformational leadership in knowledge-based companies. This research is practical in terms of purpose and from the view of collecting information is a descriptive research and correlation type, which analyze the connection between research variables by suitable methods. The way of collecting information is a combination of library and questionnaire methods. The research's statistical society are the members of knowledge-base companies of Tehran university of Science and Technology Park and sampling method is clustered and multi-stage. Cronbach's alpha is got to far the questionnaire. In Data analyzing consist of descriptive analysis and inferential analysis, Smart PLS and SPSS software are used respectively. The research result shows (by considering significant coefficients Z and path coefficients) that human resources capabilities effects on competitiveness of knowledge-based companies. Human resources capabilities affect transformational leadership and transformational leadership affects competitiveness of knowledge-base companies and they have meaningful connection.
