Grey data envelopment analysis in uncertainty environment

This paper seeks to evaluate and rank decision-making units using the grey data envelopment analysis. Since the inputs and outputs of the problems are not precise in most cases and may lie within a given certain range, attempts to use the grey data envelopment analysis approach. Grey system theory is suitable for systems confronted with incomplete or inadequate data. While presenting the concepts of grey systems and their application in the data envelopment analysis, this paper discusses the ranking of a private bank branch to explain its implications in details.
