Examining the effect of programmers' personality in the manner of their algorithm designing based on personality ۵ factors theory

Various theories have been presented in the field of personality psychology through years such as Human motivation,Five individual differences.The persons are one of the most important factors in management of software projects which work as a team and a specific discipline to produce software projects. Each person as a member of people enjoys attributes and personality features. In this research it's tried to examine the studies about personal features and attributes of the persons and their influences on software engineering teams. For testing this case, the hypothesis of existence of relation between designing algorithms and the features of personality five factors has been examined. According to method of research and data analysis and Pearson's correlation test, it has specified that existence of relation between algorithm designing and personality is confirmable. In the future new methods can be presented in software engineering based on type of project and personality of persons by combining the results of this research and software production methodology.
