چکیده مقاله:

The convergence of nanotechnology and artificial intelligence (AI) has ushered in a transformative era in medical imaging and diagnostics. Nanoparticles, with their unique physicochemical properties and versatile surface functionalization capabilities, have emerged as exceptional contrast agents for multimodal imaging techniques including magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT), positron emission tomography (PET), and optical imaging. Concurrently, AI algorithms, particularly deep learning models, have revolutionized medical image analysis by enabling automated detection, segmentation, and quantification of pathological features at unprecedented scales and accuracies. This review provides a comprehensive examination of the synergistic integration of nanoparticles and AI in medical imaging, exploring how this convergence enhances diagnostic precision, enables theranostic applications, and paves the way for personalized medicine. We discuss various nanoparticle platforms, their imaging applications, AI methodologies for image analysis, and emerging trends in nanoinformatics. Furthermore, we address current challenges and future directions in this rapidly evolving interdisciplinary field.
