Proper management of engineering machinery in projects

In this article, we aim to understand the place and role of machinery in the project. Familiarity of the project manager with construction machinery and equipment, proper use of equipment related to project work in reducing time, cost and quality of work, maintenance and care of equipment in reducing costs, the role of the operator using the equipment, examining the project site and assessing the possibility of carrying the equipment needed for the work and preventing excessive hesitation, which reduces the costs of travel and return, visits and various inspections of existing equipment in the workplace, monitoring the performance of equipment and eliminating needs and problems, testing and analyzing new oil before using it in equipment to ensure that the oil is healthy and standardized and to prevent damage to equipment parts, using standard tools and parts from reputable companies, adopting correct and basic methods of repairing and maintaining vehicles and machinery in order to reduce time, operating costs and maintenance are very important in choosing the optimal machinery.
