چکیده مقاله:

This study aims to explain and analyze the pivotal role of educational management in the ‎process of simultaneously strengthening human capital and social capital in educational ‎institutions. In today's world, where knowledge and communication networks are ‎considered the main sources of competitive advantage, the way educational institutions ‎are managed and led takes on additional importance. The theoretical framework of the ‎research is based on the theoretical foundations of Coleman (۱۹۸۸), Bourdieu (۱۹۸۶), and ‎Fukuyama (۱۹۹۵), and the role of educational management as a catalyst for these two ‎capitals is emphasized. At the same time, this management provides the foundation for ‎strengthening cohesion and social networks (social capital) by creating a culture of trust, ‎interaction, and organizational participation. Therefore, educational management acts as a ‎integrating factor and ensures organizational sustainability and effectiveness by ‎simultaneously activating these two capitals. This research concludes that investing in ‎improving leadership styles and managerial interactions will be a fundamental prerequisite ‎for achieving comprehensive development in educational systems.‎‎
