This study presents a mechanical vibration analysis of a rotating annular sandwich plate with an auxetic core and agglomerated CNT-reinforced composite facesheets resting on a Kerr elastic foundation. A refined zig-zag kinematic theory is employed to accurately capture interlaminar deformation with reduced computational cost. Material behavior and CNT agglomeration effects are incorporated to achieve realistic modeling. The governing equations are derived using Hamilton’s principle and solved numerically via the Generalized Differential Quadrature Method. A comprehensive parametric study investigates the influences of rotation speed, plate thickness, auxetic core geometry, CNT volume fraction and agglomeration, and foundation stiffness on natural frequencies. The results demonstrate the strong coupling between material microstructure, foundation interaction, and rotational effects, providing useful guidelines for the design of high-performance lightweight rotating structures.
