چکیده مقاله:

In this study, the flutter analysis of a functionally graded porous microbeam resting on a visco-Pasternak foundation is investigated in a rigorous and comprehensive manner. To enhance the modeling accuracy, the mechanical properties of the porous microbeam are determined based on a symmetric porosity distribution pattern and incorporated into the analytical formulations. The governing equations are derived using the third-order shear deformation theory in conjunction with Hamilton’s principle. For the numerical solution of these equations, the generalized differential quadrature method is employed, and the numerical analysis is developed within the framework of the modified couple stress theory (MSCT) to accurately account for size-dependent effects at the microscale. Subsequently, the influence of the porosity distribution pattern, as one of the key parameters, on the vibrational behavior and flutter phenomenon of the microbeam is examined. The results indicate that variations in the porosity distribution can have a significant impact on the dynamic stability and natural frequencies of the structure. By providing a deeper insight into the unstable behavior of porous microbeams, these findings can serve as an effective guideline for the optimal design of lightweight, high-strength, and high-performance structures in aerospace, nanoengineering, and advanced technology applications.
