چکیده مقاله:

Regenerative medicine and tissue engineering have emerged as leading frontiers in biomedical sciences, aiming to restore and replace lost functions of damaged tissues. However, the clinical application of mammalian stem cells faces structural and physiological challenges, such as limited survival in inflamed or ischemic microenvironments. This report explores the synergy of plant developmental biology in overcoming these obstacles. A systematic analysis shows that preconditioning animal cells with plant secondary metabolites and meristem extracts significantly increases resistance to environmental stress. Phytochemicals modulate intracellular signaling, inhibit the inflammatory cascade, and stimulate angiogenic factors to create a supportive network for differentiation. Furthermore, plant-derived nanovesicles-spherical structures capable of crossing biological barriers-offer promise as smart drug carriers for next-generation vaccines. Additionally, advancements in bioreactor technology for culturing cambium meristem cells provide new prospects for producing standardized biological products for chronic wound healing and tissue rejuvenation. This report reviews cellular and molecular mechanisms at the epigenetic and biochemical levels, offering new horizons for designing smart scaffolds and biological dressings based on natural resources.
