چکیده مقاله:

The present study focuses on the description of a new methodology for resilience enhancement in the oil and gas industries through adapting the results achieved in the study of electricity industry and distribution networks into the oil and gas industries. The resilience of energy industries focuses on maintaining primary functions in the face of different shocks and evaluates their ability to anticipate, Robustness, adapt, and rapid recovery after an incident. Hence, providing mobile sources and portable equipment as well as mobile infrastructures can be considered as flexibility options that enables rapid response and performance recovery in emergencies and natural disasters which result in resilience enhancement. Portable facilities and equipment that can be used in the oil and gas industries include mobile fuel stations, vacuum trucks and oil skimmers, mobile energy substations, mobile water recovery systems and portable fire fighting equipment as well as portable power stations. It is worth mentioning that before implementing these facilities and equipment in each sector, related training programs and HAZOP studies are required to be done for analyzing and managing potential industrial risks.
