چکیده مقاله:
Corrosion is one of the most critical challenges in the petrochemical industry, leading to significant economic losses, safety risks, and reduced operational lifetime of equipment. In recent years, nano-structured coatings have emerged as an advanced solution for enhancing corrosion resistance under aggressive environments. These coatings, incorporating metallic, ceramic, polymeric, and hybrid nanomaterials, provide superior barrier properties, reduced permeability, and improved mechanical stability compared to conventional coatings. This review paper discusses the types of nano-structured coatings, corrosion protection mechanisms, synthesis and application methods, as well as their industrial applications in petrochemical systems. Furthermore, the challenges and future perspectives of these coatings are critically analyzed.
