چکیده مقاله:

یکی از مسائل اساسی در محیط پیچیده بین الملل، راهبردهای اقتصادی بازیگران در سامانه ژئواکونومیکی پیچیده است. اصولا، در سامانه ژئواکونومیکی پیچیده، راهبردهای بازیگران تحت تاثیر محیط و شرایط اقتصادی ترسیم و متغیر قدرت بسیار در آن دخیل است. بنابراین، ژئواکونومیک به عنوان بهره بردن ژئواستراتژیکی از قدرت اقتصادی، یکی از ویژگی های مهم رفتار استراتژیک بازیگران به ویژه قطب های اقتصادی در سامانه پیچیده بین الملل است. پژوهش با مفروض پیچیدگی در سامانه بین الملل و فرض نظری حاکمیت اصل ابهام و عدم قطعیت بر محیط راهبردی بازیگران سعی در پاسخ به الزام راهبردی سیاست خارجی بازیگران در سامانه ژئواکونومیکی پیچیده دارد؟ یافته های پژوهش با رویکرد توصیفی- تحلیلی و روش کیفی بیانگر این است که در محیط سرشار از عدم قطعیت بین الملل، نوآوری راهبردی با نگاه به زیست بوم و بستر و شرایط متغیر محیطی الزام راهبردهای بازیگران در سامانه ژئواکونومیکی پیچیده، است و این نوآوری با توجه به قابلیت و ظرفیت بازیگران در سامانه ژئواکونومیکی پیچیده طرح و شامل نوآوری در تولید در خدمات در فرایند و در سامانه می شود.
