چکیده مقاله:

Background & Objective: Preeclampsia is a leading cause of maternal morbidity and mortality worldwide, underscoring the critical importance of early detection and timely intervention. Recent advances in digital health provide promising opportunities to enhance pregnancy monitoring, particularly among women at high risk of developing the condition. Therefore, this study was conducted with aim to examine the utilization of digital health for the early detection of preeclampsia.Materials & Methods: A literature search was conducted using ScienceDirect, PubMed, and ProQuest databases, covering publications from ۲۰۱۵ to ۲۰۲۴. A total of ۱۰ articles met the inclusion criteria, which consisted of studies on pregnant women as the target population, discussion of digital health utilization in antenatal care related to preeclampsia, availability of full-text access, and publication in English or Indonesian. Results: Utilization of digital health was effective in improving the identification of new preeclampsia cases through real-time blood pressure monitoring, automated alert systems, and integration with healthcare services. Digital interventions also enhance maternal comfort, empowerment, and awareness of preeclampsia risks, while reducing clinic visit frequency, expanding access to care, improving time, cost efficiency, and without adverse perinatal effects. Conclusion: Digital health is an effective and safe approach with substantial potential to strengthen the early detection of preeclampsia.
