چکیده مقاله:

Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) used as nonparametric method to measuring the efficiency score of a set of Decision Making Units (DMUS) with multiple crisp inputs and outputs. Since the real values of the input and output data and their corresponding prices are imprecise. This paper employes a Fuzzy Data Envelopment Analysis (FDEA) method to deal with such imprecise data. In previous research, due to the lack of developed models to calculate cost, revenue and profit efficiency in imprecise environments, no attention has been paid to assessing revenue and profit efficiency in the multiplier form and most of the studies conducted are in the envelopment form. the main purpose of this study is extention of the cost, revenue and profit efficiency model with fuzzy inputs-outputs and costs in multiplier form. The proposed method is applied to assess fuzzy cost, revenue and profit efficiency with α-cut approach and triangular fuzzy numbers data in one of the downstream petrochemical industries. The results enable management to separate operational efficieny from financial efficiency (cost, revenue and profit) in a eaxct and comparative analytical framework and then integrate them to achieve sustainable improvement in the organization.
