Three new Astragalus (Fabaceae) species from Iran

Mostafa Assadi, the main editor of Flora of Iran, is preparing a supplement to the Flora. The author of this paper prepared the treatment of the genus Astragalus. In this draft, three new species, A. sefidkuhensis, A. inordinatus, and A. dideganensis, were described but remained unpublished. Following the passing away of Prof. Dr. A.A. Maassoumi on May ۴, ۲۰۲۶, Mostafa Assadi, his colleague of more than ۵۰ years, compiled and prepared these new species for publication in his memory. His name will remain forever in Iranian botany and plant taxonomy.
