چکیده مقاله:

This study introduces a multi-purpose airborne robotic system designed for medical and rescue operations in critical environments. The system integrates independent mobility, a surgical stabilization platform with sub-millimeter vibration control, and a ۷-degree-of-freedom robotic arm, capable of transporting patients up to ۱۵۰ kg and performing limited medical interventions. A three-layer control architecture-comprising joint and wheel control, motion-stabilization coordination, and AI-based decision-making-ensures precision and safety under dynamic conditions. The robot operates in fully autonomous, semi-autonomous, and remote-controlled modes, with modular end-effectors for various medical and rescue tasks. Six-hour mission simulations and reliability analysis demonstrate the system's stability, operational flexibility, and effectiveness in unpredictable environments. The proposed platform offers significant advancements in integrating mobility, stabilization, and robotic surgical manipulation in a single airborne system, paving the way for safe and precise interventions in high-risk scenarios.
