چکیده مقاله:

Economic wars, as one of the most significant geopolitical tools of the ۲۱st century, have had widespread impacts on the global economy and capital markets. The aim of this study is to examine the impact of the trade war between the United States and China, as the most prominent example of a contemporary economic war, on international capital markets. The central issue of the research is analyzing how global financial markets respond to trade tensions and the imposition of reciprocal tariffs between the two major economic powers. The importance of this study lies in understanding the connection between trade policies and global financial volatility. The research methodology is based on a systematic review and synthesis of several credible academic articles and analysis of their findings. The results indicate that economic wars lead to a decline in investor confidence, increased stock market volatility, and changes in global investment flows. This study highlights the need for policymakers to pay attention to the indirect effects of such tensions.
