Financial Pathology of Financial Management in Micro-Businesses

Planning in financial management is a key pillar in micro-businesses and plays a significant role in the decision-making process and financial activities of an organization. Microfinance can be defined as a mechanism for providing various financial services to low-income groups. Financial management is the application of economic principles and concepts to make decisions to solve problems, and therefore, this definition of financial management is considered equivalent to applied economics. Considering the importance of financial management in a business, it is necessary to develop an appropriate strategy to maintain a company’s economic success in order to maximize profits and minimize costs. Therefore, in this research, which is a qualitative study using a library method, we examine the concept of financial management and its most important pathologies, such as the challenges of attracting investment, low credit of financial companies themselves, improper definition of duties and regulations and incompetence of managers, lack of preparedness for unexpected costs, strategic management problems in micro-companies and financial adaptation weakness.
