چکیده مقاله:

The study of Carbon Quantum products is very important. In this study, experiment was conducted under controlled greenhouse conditions using four treatment groups: ۰, ۲۵, ۵۰, and ۱۰۰ mg/LCQDs. The CQDs were administered through foliar spraying over ۲۱ days, and physiological measurements were taken using chlorophyll fluorometry, spectrophotometry, and soil CHNS analysis. The ۵۰ mg/L treatment yielded optimal results: Photosystem II quantum yield (Fv/Fm) increased by ۱۴%, electron transport rate by ۴۰%, and oxygen evolution by ۴۲%. Rubisco activity rose by ۱۳۰%, with RuBP and PGA levels increasing by ۳۴% and ۳۲%, respectively. Leaf carbon content improved by ۵۰%, root biomass by ۴۵%, and soil organic carbon by ۴۰%. Microbial colony-forming units (CFU) increased by ۲۵%, soil respiration by ۳۳%, and the C/N ratio shifted from ۱۲.۵ to ۱۳.۸. These enhancements are attributed to CQDs facilitating electron transfer in Photosystem II and stabilizing Rubisco via electrostatic interactions, while forming highly stable CQD-humic complexes that improve soil carbon retention. Compared to previous studies using synthetic CQDs on model crops, this research demonstrates superior efficacy at lower concentrations, with no observed toxicity. The findings highlight the potential of bio-derived CQDs as eco-friendly agents for boosting carbon capture and promoting sustainable agroforestry.
