Background and Objective: Occupational burnout is a critical psychological hazard in high-risk industrial environments, yet its direct consequences on workplace safety remain insufficiently integrated. This study examines the impact of occupational burnout on safety compliance and accident rates in industrial factories from a psychological perspective.Methodology: A cross-sectional, correlational design was utilized, gathering data from [Insert Number, e.g., ۲۵۰] industrial factory workers. Burnout was measured using the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), while structural equations were applied to analyze the relationship between emotional exhaustion, safety compliance, and recorded workplace accidents.Results: The findings reveal a significant negative correlation between occupational burnout and safety compliance ($p < ۰.۰۱$). Specifically, emotional exhaustion and depersonalization significantly reduce a worker's cognitive capacity to adhere to safety protocols, directly mediating a higher frequency of near-misses and occupational accidents.Conclusion: The study demonstrates that industrial safety cannot be achieved solely through technical HSE compliance; it requires addressing the psychological well-being of the workforce. Factories must implement organizational interventions, such as fatigue management and psychological support systems, to systematically mitigate accident rates
