Recent Advances in Laparoscopic Surgery (۲۰۱۶–۲۰۲۶): A Comprehensive Review

Laparoscopic surgery has undergone substantial transformation during the last decade. Between ۲۰۱۶ and ۲۰۲۶, innovations in imaging systems, robotic integration, artificial intelligence, fluorescence-guided surgery, miniaturized instruments, enhanced recovery protocols, and advanced training platforms have expanded the scope, safety, and precision of minimally invasive surgery. This review summarizes major technological and clinical developments, evaluates their impact on surgical outcomes, and discusses future directions. The literature reviewed includes influential studies, consensus statements, systematic reviews, and technological reports published between ۲۰۱۶ and ۲۰۲۶.
