ارزیابی چارچوب پایداری در پروژه های ساخت مبتنی بر مدلسازی اطلاعات ساختمان(BIM ) براساس استاندارد ™P5 مدیریت پروژه سبز (GPM )

چکیده :

امروزه صنعت ساختمان، یکی از مهم ترین صنایع در هر کشور محسوب می شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی چارچوب پایداری در پروژه های ساخت مبتنی بر مدلسازی اطلاعات ساختمان(BIM) براساس از استاندارد ™P5 مدیریت پروژه سبز (GPM) انجام گردید. این مطالعه در دو بخش کیفی و کمی انجام شد. در بخش کیفی، ابتدا توسط مصاحبه، مولفه های تحقیق شناسایی شدند و سپس توسط پرسشنامه و روش دلفی، مولفه های نهایی شناسایی شدند. نمونه آماری در بخش کیفی 15 نفر از خبرگان پروژه های ساختمانی شامل مدیران و کارشناسان این پروژه ها در ایران بودند که با روش گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. در بخش کمی، پرسشنامه مقایسات زوجی از نتایج بخش کیفی طراحی شد و توسط روش AHP تحلیل گردید. نمونه آماری در بخش کمی، 30 نفر از مدیران، کارشناسان و کارکنان پروژه های ساختمانی در ایران که توسط نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. بر اساس نتایج بخش کیفی، در نهایت 8 مولفه اصلی و 29 مولفه فرعی شناسایی شدند. بر اساس نتایج بخش کمی، نتایج رتبه بندی نشان داد که معیارهای پایداری زیست محیطی با وزن 220/0، پایداری اقتصادی با وزن 185/0 و نیروی انسانی با وزن 147/0 به ترتیب رتبه های اول، دوم و سوم را در میان سایر معیارها دارا هستند.
