چکیده مقاله:
An investigation into the use of Ag/Fe۳O۴/SiO۲@MWCNTs MNCs magnetic nanocomposites as an efficient catalyst was carried out with the intention of producing novel derivatives of dispiroindene pyrimidine in high yields. The synthesis of these novel compounds was accomplished by the utilization of a multicomponent reaction involving ninhydrine, secondary amines, and alkylidene barbituric acid, as well as the incorporation of a nanocatalyst in aqueous media. The excellent performance of the nanocatalyst was achieved by utilizing the water extract of Petasites hybridus leaves, which was employed in these reactions for several times to confirm the reusability of the nanocatalyst. It was determined through two different methods that the presence of an NH group in the newly synthesized dispiroindene pyrimidine is responsible for its extraordinary antioxidant properties. Additionally, the antibacterial activity of newly synthesized dispiroindene pyrimidine was examined using a disk diffusion method with two different types of Gram-negative bacteria and Gram-positive bacteria. The results demonstrated that the use of these compounds was able to inhibit bacterial growth. In the process of preparing dispiroindene pyrimidine derivatives, this particular approach is utilized, which offers a number of advantages, such as a reaction that takes a short reaction time, products with high yields, and the ability to separate the catalyst from the products through a straightforward procedure.
