چکیده مقاله:
Ischemic heart disease, such as myocardial infarction in its two types, ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction and Non-ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction, and the resulting chronic heart disease, such as heart failure, are the leading causes of death in heart illness. The role of reactive oxygen species in hypertension and atherosclerosis by lipid peroxidation and plaque formation appears clear. Here, magnetic iron oxide@prussian blue nanoparticle have gained increasing research interest. Magnetic nanoparticles have been reported to be used to adhere infections to their surface and to purify blood by magnetic separation. This study aims to investigate the ability of magnetic nanoparticles to scavenge reactive oxygen species and provide an innovative strategy for treating diseases associated with reactive oxygen species. Materials and Method The present work was carried by blood collecting from patients with myocardial infarction and angina pectoris (۸۰ men aged ۴۰-۷۰ years) and ۳۵ are a healthy group. And then magnetic iron oxide@prussian blue nanoparticle were prepared by the co-precipitation method and characterized by scanning electron microscopy, Zeta potentials, X-ray powder diffraction and UV−Vis-NIR spectra. The results indicated an elevation in inflammatory markers and oxidative stress in individuals with myocardial ischemia. Results also indicated a significant difference between the patient group and the control group in both IL-۶ (p-value < ۰.۰۰۸) and TNF-alpha (p-value < ۰.۰۰۱). Additionally, oxidative stress in patients was elevated, as evidenced by Malondialdehyde concentrations (p-value < ۰.۰۰۱). The nanoparticles we synthesized showed a decrease in malondialdehyde concentrations in both the patient group and the control group.
