چکیده مقاله:

The growth inhibitory properties of seventeen newly synthesized and classical platinum complexes of different composition and structure on the lateral roots of Sterling maize seedlings were studied. The growth inhibitory properties of all the complexes were compared depending on their composition and structure. Numerous studies have shown that newly synthesized complexes with the same composition but different structure differ greatly in their growth inhibitory properties. As a control, the inhibition of lateral roots of plant seedlings by the cis-[Pt(NH۳)۲Cl۲] complex, which has antitumor properties, was studied, and the obtained data were used for comparison. At low concentrations (۰.۰۰۱–۰.۰۰۰۰۱ mg/ml), some complexes exhibited a slight stimulating effect on the growth of the main root of maize seedlings, while at high concentrations (۱.۰ – ۰.۰۱ mg/ml), some complexes (۱-۷) exerted a strong inhibitory effect. The data obtained as a result of the study indicate that the complex with the cis-[Pt(NH۲CH۲CH۲OH)۲Cl۲] structure has the ability to suppress the growth of corn seedlings ۸۳.۹% (concentration ۰.۱ mg / ml), trans-analog of the same complex only ۱۵%, in the control at the same concentration ۸۴.۶%. The study showed that the nature and degree of growth-inhibiting action of the studied compounds depends on both the features of the composition, structure, and the active concentration of the substances.
