چکیده مقاله:

Background and Aim: The purpose of this study was to predict resilience based on work-family conflict in nurses working in Tehran hospitals. Due to the purpose and nature of the research, the present study is an applied one in terms of purpose and a correlational study in terms of implementation method. Methods: The statistical population of this study consists of all nurses working in Tehran hospitals in ۱۳۹۷ (about ۲۲۰۰). In order to select the sample size, ۳۰۰ nurses were selected using simple random sampling method and based on Morgan table, ۱۸۱ Female and ۱۱۹ male were selected as sample. The research instruments consist of Resiliency Questionnaire (۲۰۰۵) and the Carlson et al. (۲۰۰۰) Work-Family Conflict Questionnaire, which have reliable validity and reliability. Multivariate regression analysis and Pearson correlation coefficient were used to analyze the data using SPSS software. Results Predicting resilience based on work-family conflict in employed nurses Hospitals in Tehran Conclusion: The results showed that work-family conflict share a ۳۴% variance with the criterion variable (resilience). Multiple correlation coefficient between variables is ۰.۳۴ and adjusted coefficient of determination is ۰.۳۴. Based on the results, work-family conflict is a significant predictor of resiliency variable and at a significance level of ۰.۰۱ with beta coefficients of -۰.۵۹, negatively predicts resilience in nurses.
