Background and Aim: Hearing loss is one of the most common childhood disorders, which has a great impact on communication and the development of speech and language skills. Cochlear implantation is one of the promising therapies recently developed for deaf children. It is a new technology in hearing aids and is an accepted treatment for children with severe to profound sensory neural hearing loss. The age of diagnosis and intervention has also received much attention recently. The effect of Music therapy in the field of complementary therapies has also been expanded. Methods: The present study was a semi-experimental design with two groups of control and experimental group. The research population of the children with cochlear implants under ۳ years of age and their mothers with normal hearing were selected and ۲۲ children and their mothers were selected through accessible and targeted sampling in the center of auditory cochlear implantation of Rasoul-e-Akram hospital. The experimental group participated in sessions that were performed with lullaby content and rhythmic songs and motions in the sensory integration room of the cochlear implant center of Rasoul-e-Akram hospital. The control group only had the usual rehabilitation program in the center and their city which lived. Both groups categorized by the Persian versions of the Category of auditory performance (Hasanzadeh, ۱۳۹۳) and the Speech intelligibility rating (Hasanzadeh, ۱۳۹۳), in two stages of pre-test and post-test. Results: The present study aims according to developing music therapy as a complementary therapy in a variety of disorders, including hearing loss, intending to develop a training program based on music therapy and the content of narrative lullabies and childlike songs with the nature of motion and play and its effectiveness on communication skills of the deaf children of cochlear implantation under the age of three years at the center of the auditory cochlear implantation center of Rasoul-e-Akram hospital. Conclusion Results: The results showed that lullabies and rhythmic motor songs played a meaningful role (p <۰.۰۰۱) on communication skills, differentiated between hearing comprehension and verbal clarity. Discussion: Based on the findings of the research, the effectiveness of lullabies and motion rhythmic songs was significant in hearing comprehension and verbal clarity. Therefore, this program could be used in the curriculum of instructors' Cochlear implantation centers will be considered as complementary programs and will have the educational, executive functionality for other groups of communication disorders.
